I have personally seen people change their time and nothing is done about it.
Really? Is it possible that this is happening? I have never witnessed such a situation but I would not be at all surprised if this is true. It seems that only some can do it, and if I did, I am a thousand percent sure that I would not pass without consequences.
The point is they are steeling time. Termination will be for Gross Misconduct. Find a manager that cares.

What difference does it make? Run and cry like a toddler. Such ridiculous remarks to make. Taking long lunches, not punching out and then going in and fixing your time. I would say that is stealing time and is against policy. We have people doing that all the time in our club. Why even use a time clock, just come and go as you please and get paid.
I know someone that does that. They go to lunch and don’t clock out. They come back from lunch 15 minutes late and say they forgot to punch out for lunch. Then do a time adjustment to make it a 30 minute lunch instead of the 45 minutes they were on lunch. He never gets cought.
Run and Cry like a toddler? What the he-l is wrong with you. Stealing time people is against policy. People who do this will also steal from the club. Just ask the person who got escorted out in handcufs from our club.
It's true , in my club the team leads would take anywhere from 1 hr. to sometimes 2 hrs. for lunch and take there favortie person of the day with them. Then come back in and change both of there times, it happened almost everyday. You tell a manager they didn't care . They got away with mu---r breaks were always half hour . I did see it and so did a lot of others.
What difference does it make to you?
