My thoughts and positive vibes to everyone and all areas that are or to be impacted. Everyone will end up better in the long run and it will all be ok.

Well I'm in New Business (Underwriting section) and we're going through layoffs right now. A lot of our jobs went and are going to India.
This place is a dumpster fire 🔥
Auto is awful and reflects poor leadership. Do a RIF at height of pandemic, and now as driving resumes, we can't hire new adjusters or keep the ones we have. Always had difficulty attracting auto talent, and after the 2017 and 2020 auto reductions, why would anybody pick to work here? Our brand reputation has been ruined, and the auto adjusters take cr-p from legitimately pi---d off shops and customers all day covering for Brandt's blunders.
IT is shifting to other countries but we make $$$
Hmmmm underwriting had a ton of layoffs last year. They are now hiring in mass because those that were left didn't hang around to be stuck doing double the work or to put up with their sh--.
@wfd I am in auto adj and they are moving our group from claims to CCC third week of June to do God knows what. Almost 30 of us adjusters in a permanent department transfer.
Will core support be affected in these layoffs?
@wfd+1aXFbGZB You auto adjusters deserve so much credit right now, it been horrible the last several months.
Layoffs in Express property already happened on Wednesday...
Yup, Legal is getting slammed next.
Seems that some departments have hardly been impacted. IT, Pricing and Underwriting just to name a few.
Auto claims adjusters are safe for now. They gutted our department so badly that they’re trying to hire back the people they laid off last November! We’re so behind on inspections and shops wait 1-2 weeks for a simple estimate causing delays and more rental costs and storage too.
They are 100000000% underway! Anyone who disputes this is just ignorant.
