This stock is not worth over $30. I hope on the 2nd qtr. call ALL of the severance, transactional and restructuring costs are laid out. There needs to be clarity on Kilar’s new role. There should be some senior level terminations behind this fiasco!!

Stankey needs to be fired. And Randall's bonus clawed back. They wrecked this company. Then there's the Board of Directors. All s/b replaced. "Leadership" of the company micromanaged us forever, now they need to take the hit for the poor performance.
Kilar has a good chance of winning a substantial infusion of cash should he decide to sue T and Stankey. I hope he does. He needs to show them that he can't be kicked around like yesterday's trash.
Kilar will be gone.

Com'on, they are not going publish transactional and restructuring cost. They will talk about cost synergy, which really means eliminating jobs from WM and Discovery. Clarity on Kilar's new role, Stankey already said it is not his problem.
They are not going tell us anything that isn't already announced to the media. They are not going to treat us like shareholder/stakeholder/employees, don't the your hopes up that any of this is going change now.
