Called my boss today and said, I’m done! Too young and not enough time with T to “retire” , but I’m leaving the workforce. My financial advisor said I can do it, so, I’m doing it. Can’t take all the process cr-p, to a of training, all the tracking of what town hall you called in for, if you did you survey, Quantum disaster! I’m 61, hopefully have a lot of years left, going for it! 💃

I met mr-75 and left at 60 with a 6 mos. severance offer in 2019. Took the lump sum, rolled my 401 into a private investment acct. I couldn't be happier. No alarm clock, no calendar, no schedule, no weaselly boss tracking my every move, all while thinking he is smarter than me. Good luck and enjoy your retirement.

Are you me? I'm also 61, and quit about a month ago. Same as you, not enough time to retire but my FA told me to go for it.
When I saw Quantum I just about barfed. Thankfully only dealt with it once and then byeeee.
My mo--n ex-boss would ask me every time, every single time, whether I attended those stupid calls. He then thought he was being clever by 'testing' me on the material.
Surveys - I wrote on my last one that all they do is provide lip service. No change actually happens.
I also believe they can and sometimes do track your COU if you have one. I had way too many comments on my whereabouts to be considered random.
May I ask - what are you doing about healthcare? My wife is still working but not for long, so that is a bit of a concern. We are looking at ACA of course.
