I wonder if there's a way to get the company to back out of Randall's 274k a month for life pension plan, which is completely ludicrous and arguably immoral.
Axios summarized Randall's accomplishments best:

"The big loser is former AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson. Not only were Time Warner and DirecTV his two biggest acquisitions, but his failed pursuit of T-Mobile triggered a massive termination fee that financially strengthened a smaller rival and arguably caused AT&T to sell off its wireless spectrum."
And yet, he's somehow a winner, because he's making more a month in one year of his retirement than some people will make in their entire lifetimes.
He has destroyed AT&T and cost tens of thousands of people their jobs across three companies. Whether or not the board wants to admit that right now is another story. But he has.
And let's not forget his consulting fee of 1 million dollars. What was that for? To help Stankey reverse the deal?
It's time to clean house in Dallas. This company is toast if it doesn't happen, and it might already be too late.
