Based on new CDC guidelines of no mask and no social distancing - for fully vaccinated - I smell a vaccine requirement to continue to be employed - and a return to office by 4th of July- who is with me on that thought ?

It’s the anti-body that attaches to the spike protein which will cause problems. MRNA vaccines have on ki---d most if not all animals they have been given to when exposed to random wild corona virus. It turns your immune system into a spike protein production factory causing a cytokinesis storm.
Employees should be returned to office, they have gotten by with mu---r over this. one office has had to put up virtual monitoring to keep up with them.

Way I look at it, if people don't want to get a vaccine - fine. If you do, also fine. But in my state, the mask requirement is gone. If Bill Maher teaches us anything, it is that vaccinated people can get the illness but show no symptoms. There are going to be a lot of Bill Mahers out there, not wearing a mask, without symptoms, mingling with the public. To the unvaccinated, we don't need you. Remember, the idea of wearing a mask was so that people without symptoms wouldn't spread the virus. That has now ended. You might need us, but the masks are off now.
And just to make it clear, the vaccines make spike proteins like the virus. The difference is, the vaccines don't replicate. They peter out, and the vaccinated person is left with some immunity.
It is time for the malingering to end. It's time to get back in the office. In my state, I'm sensing it. This pandemic is hereby consigned to the dustbin of history. There is a celebratory mood out there.

The "shot" doesn't prevent you from getting covid, it merely lessens how sick you will get (I've read guarantee no hospitalization but I call BS). So if you have the shot, unless you don't trust the effectiveness of it, you should not be worried.

The vaccines are still classified as "emergency" so no, a company cannot require it's employees to get the vaccine. Once the "emergency" label is dropped a company can require it's employees to get the vaccine. Check your court decisions and case law.

You can already self-report. Requirement or not, ATT will know most people who are vaccinated. Those who don't report will be in the non-vaccinated category by default. Look for policies around that.
They should require the vaccine for all employees. Literally hundreds of millions of people have received it by now and only a miniscule fraction of people have had a bad reaction to one of the three available. If you refuse to get it, you've exposed yourself as not being smart enough to work with grown folks.
