Has anyone heard anything regarding what the future holds for the directv techs? They’re saying it’s going to be a while new company but att still owns a majority of it. Any rumors of layoffs that you feel are semi concrete?

I am sure all the headcount will shift to the new company once the deal is closed. No path back to the mother ship once they sell you.
The future does not belong to satellite television
I heard they may try and have the Dtv techs get their own contract country wide with the Cwa/ibew
Consultants are with senior management working to figure out the operating plan of the new company.
