For as long as there are suckers who are willing to join Allstate for miserable pay and no benefits, we will see no changes. No matter how many people quit, for as long as they can find replacements they're not going to attempt to improve working conditions or pay or whatever. It doesn't matter that new people have no idea what they're doing. They're cheap and obviously willing to take abuse this company is happy to dish out. End of story.

Have you ever worked for another large company? Most are the same or worse than Allstate... all this complaining is just noise.
Based on your own words if you are still employed at Allstate then you are part of the problem. You are accepting it. If you are no longer there then why do you care enough to post an upset post about it? Let it burn. Sc--w them. Watch and enjoy the collapse from afar like I am.
