If I got laid off it would be the best summer I’ve had “working” at oracle since getting hired. There is a huge resignation bo-m coming at tons of employers. Let’s be honest. You can leave Oracle and do a similar job somewhere else. Big deal. Oracle and the rat boy and girl mgmt seem to forget there are other places to work cause many either are lifers or got poached from some other company. I wouldn't talk so loud. Everyone knows layoffs (especially big ones) happen on pay day and at the end of the quarter. That would be.... end of this month. Not saying I'm the ax-man or that it is going to happen... just saying.

Could be ax man is not all he's cracked up to be, but the rest of this post is garbage. Oracle is going downhill every day. Corrupt management sc--w over the employees and give credit to their sycophantic dummies. That's all it takes, giving credit to the wrong people. Good people leave in disgust and while they can hire, they hire the cheap and inexperienced, not knowing that they cannot replace the people who have left.

It takes time to destroy a company this way, but the management rats are working hard at it. They will not stop until there is nothing left to gnaw away at.
