I wonder how much the company paid for those fake comments and how many jobs the company could’ve saved if they directed those funds elsewhere. I doubt any exec will even be held accountable for this but this is yet another new low in the company’s lack of integrity.
Not trying to be political but at surface value - How can this entity say ownership of CNN is strong journalism while paying for fake comments at the same time?
How can the company say it cares about the customer experience when money that could be used for improvements instead of this?
I do not want to hear any executive talk about how tax policies could hurt us, how costs are too high. If the company has money for this, they have money for EVERYTHING else.
This is why customers and employees hate AT&T and why people in general hate telecom providers in general. Everyone who knew about this, authorized it, or had any involvement needs to be publicly named and fired.
