What are the band 3 and 4 salary at honeywell for 2021?
I'd like to hear about R&D positions in Colorado in particular

As an ex manager in engines, salary has little to do with job title. I had band 3s making more than band 4s. I had one group of band 4s making 50% more than the other after merging two groups under me. The only correlation is that there is a strong bias to rank experence over talent and work ethic during HPDs. This bias also exists during layoffs when, as a manager, you basically get asked what employee would be the easiest to replace.
Band 3 / Band 4 moving target. Hon always looking to re-define roles / titles in attempt to lower the pay to workers. Ultimate goal is small number of leaders - responsible for nothing but ranking in cash, and and a large group of replaceable worker bees responsible for everything related to work and most of the decisions too. Band 4 MIPs have been eliminate a lot and many former Band 4 roles pushed to Band 3 pay so the ranges move around a little.
Phoenix band 3 75000-140000
Band 4 90000-165000
Salaries in the boulder quantum lab are either high or low , impossible to say until you take the job and collapse the wave equation.
Sorry don’t know the salary in Colorado area. Typical Band 3 base salary in Northeastern area is $110K. This is after my vigorous negotiation and sharing what I was paid before getting laid-off from my previous company, to take up this job in Honeywell. I had taken up a new job in another company at a higher level and nearly 50% increase in my base salary. Hope it helps.

There are positions open right now that require security clearance, it's hard to think that those can be transitioned outside the US...
Consider this 1st.
- Document all your duties in preparation for this role to be transitioned to another Region outside of North America like China, India, Mexico, or Romania.
- Any Management Incentive Performance Bonus most likely will not be paid. After you miss your Q1 numbers, the AOP will be reworked from your original plan and you will be stretched to meet HON Q2 targets.
- No worries if you are at plan, but plan to train your new team member, an H1B visa staff to shadow you in prep for lowering indirect labor cost.
- RIF's are twice a year, Q2 to restructure for 2nd half of year, and in Q4 to begin to celebrate Chinese new year. Guess which fortune cookie you will receive?
- Cancel all vacations and plan to be on global calls when you arrive home from work or end your virtual day to accommodate ACAP
