For bringing people back to the office before needed especially non sales support peoples. Complaint is that there is no enhanced cleaning of building, cubicles are closed together, we shared inventory rooms, there is no flexibility if daycare closes, no camera to inforce mask wearing, and it is not even needed to do the jobs! I afraid that thay will use this to lay us off but it is our rights to be safe

I haven’t missed a day of going into central offices. Mind you there are very very few CO techs remaining in the work force, but I still do see them as well as outside techs that go into customers homes and business locations. Cameras are for property security. It is against the Code of Conduct to record employees, camera or voice. Daycare is not a business’ business ( aside from how employees act). It is up to the individual to take personal responsibility.
Do you even understand what OSHA does? They do not dictate child care flexibility, camera use, or even mask mandates for COVID. Find a new job if you are this terrified to go to work.
What are you on about? In IHX in Florida we have been BAU. There is ALOT wrong with IHX (the whole department should be shut down for fraud and numerous ethics violations) but this ain’t it chief.
You can get vaccinated to protect yourself if you are worried.
I guess you should have covered up and not have had kids. Tired of people complaining they need help cause of their kids.
