Tire center pay

I'm confused why 2 new hires starting out at $16.50 an hour and one started at $15.50 . Anyone know why ?

Work credits.

Why do you NEED to know why two other people get paid what they do? As a matter of fact, how do you know what they get paid?

Work credits have to be entered prior to hire. Based on what info they put in their application. The decision is made my corp what their rate of pay will be based on that. Someone's pay is their business. Not yours.

If the one with experience started at $15, someone screwed up. You should get work credits for however many years experience you have.

It has nothing to do with experience we had one start at 16.50 another at 15 and the one that started at 15 had experience 😂😂

One probably has some kind of experience that will make their start wage higher.
