I know a lot of people who have left lately. Anyone with talent and skillset has already moved to another company long time ago. I don’t even have to know what the attrition rate is, I feel its effects through an increased work load.
I wonder if Cenovus has lost control over atrittion or is this company directly controlling attrition in an effort to reduce costs?

Cenovus will thin the heard more before end of June(end of 1st half results for shareholders). new pay structure will be implemented by then as well!! Some areas will be spun off by then as well!! Get ready the storm is brewing!!
Well the layoffs will not stop ever as the industry is in decline and Cenovus is operating with a culture of fear. Makes more sense to leave if possible, the future is brighter elsewhere

True. People are leaving to every job posted out there. Heard a few key people from other groups have left and now my coworker just left.
I’m getting worried about staying here.
