Anyone know when ATT gets its act together and follow the law in paying my Cobra from the $1.9t stimulus?

You should have gotten a cobra package. Call the number. Cobra is only subsidized if you lost your job through layoff. Not covered if you resigned.
When I got laid off, I had 6 month free Cobra anyhow.
Get a job there are no free handouts.
