Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Work environment has changed dramatically

Its sad that you can't really criticize any body at work or let them know their opportunities in their departments because they may come back and do something crazy at the club you have to watch everything you say.

Is your criticism constructive or destructive? It’s so easy to claim everyone is going soft when this just isn’t the company to make a career out of. Chances are the department is understaffed, overworked and overwhelmed. There’s literally times where associates just enter the building after having the day off just to hear about the opportunity before even clocking in.

I agree 100% you can criticize an associate the best way ever and they will still come back to the club and do something crazy plain and simple this society has changed for the worse.

I agree with the response . Why would you be worried? If you are delivering constructive, helpful guidance in a professional way, you shouldnt have to worry about anything. If you think someone is going to go crazy and retaliate just because you provided a suggestion, you either said it in a nasty way or you're paranoid.

All depends on how you deliver the criticism. Be mindful and be constructive not destructive. Kindness is something that associates lack at my club.
