Someone made a really good observation, a lot of small and big changes are being made in this company, but there is no progress anywhere. At least I don’t see it anywhere. I would like someone to reassure me and say that there things that we are doing that represent real progress and have some potential?

T is frozen in time but drifting backward a bit also. The 2020 revenue is down $10 billion from 2019 and just about even with 2018. Stock price over last 5 years is down almost 20%. That's all the c-suite cares about. Any internal "progress" seems never to do anything to change this. Go back 10 years and the stock is up 0.88%. Fogetaboutit.
Yes, Business Field Services is growing and doing all kinds of work out there for its customers. If you’re willing to transfer cuz there are job posts for BFS, then you might get a job within. And, T is giving hiring preference to T employees before it goes outside. Something to think about...
None of the changes irritating employees have led to progress. Stankey keeps implementing changes that will have possibly long term impacts but they just cause short term chaos. He'll jump ship and retire before it all caves in

T is a cadh cow that generates an enormous revenue stream that's not going to dry up anytime soon! So, your wishful thinking is just that, period!
AT&T is doing fine. Workforce adjustments but still many well paid workers. Investors getting paid. Smooth sailing.
