When will ATT get their act together and pay my April thru Sept Cobra? It is now law that this needs to happen ASAP.

You're not alone - I had my April 1st COBRA premium taken out of my checking account this morning. (I used to work for a large insurance company.)
The COBRA administrator (WageWorks) said they are waiting for instructions from companies.
Maybe mid-April they will have more news...
Right it’s a joke. No reason it could not have been in time for April 1st.
Oh you know we can't be late making our Cobra payment due 4/1 - even though AT&T isn't ready yet to comply, apparently still figuring it out ...
