So you hire an associate for carts he's not working out so why would management transfer him to the rotisserie department I know their struggling but when you train an associate 3 nights in a row and showed him the process on cleaning the ovens and on the 4th night you tell him I want you to walk me through the process and he looks at you like can you walk me through it again all I can do is shake my head.

Because that's the number one selling item in the Sam's club. So they got to have that area staffed. In addition now that person's inside where they can be more closely supervised.
Hiring at all by Sam’s seems questionable.
Sams "be" hiring is questionable as well.
What's questionable is that you used the word "associations" instead of "associates".
Every club has to have that one useful id–t to show that they're inclusive. Or it has something to do with the disgusting affirmative action debacle.
