@qqc+1a6V0WIb agree minimum wage is going to be 15$ an hour pretty soon so 18$ after 6 yrs??? JOKE. You would make more in fast food after 6 yrs based on min wage. What I cant believe is the OP would think 18$ hour is a good tradeoff for putting up with the toxic and unstable work environment.
Scratch that..only $18 an hour for base pay... with 6 years of tenure ooooof. That’s not a reflection of your performance, but the company.
I don’t want to stay somewhere where I get cents for a cost of living adjustment for meeting expected or better than expected goals.
6 years AND a shift diff to have to get to $20.. that just shows that the raises in this company are laughable haha

This is the poster. I make over $18 an hour salary but working second shift puts me over $20 an hour with 10% shift differential
