I dont know if it is all clubs. Maybe just certain states based on state laws. No one in my club has received one as far as I have heard.
Are any of you in Ohio? I know I had "old sick time" when I took the severance in Dec 2017.
how do you get old sick and personal time, worked for 20 years left in 2019 with 192 sick and 32 personal time.

All associates who have worked b/t 2017 - 2021 got a check for $235.00. For the poster who quit in 2019 and got $163.00, I imagine they pro-rated the amount.

We were told that a past associate sued our club/Sam's...this is a settlement I have not received anything but know people who have.

If you're from Illinois there is a suit they settled over about the cash recycler palm scanner. Says each associate involved would receive a couple hundred. Maybe that is it?? If you don't Opt out it's an automatic check.
What state do you all live in?? Curious if it's the same state. Or some kind of legacy thing? Are you new hires that received wrong starting pay?? I just don't know a situation where you would receive a check in the mail and not just on your pay stub.
What was your $200 for??? State thing? Club thing? Cause I haven't heard or read anything about it.
