How can we let them continue to screw us over?! Power in numbers. Unionize!

Never going to happen. If you’re waiting on that to happen before you leave - might as well leave now.
Teachers Police State workers and many many others love their unions. Hmmmm wonder why? Boils down to fighting for the little guy and paying respect for the worker.
Let me say this again. Unions do not protect against overseas outsourcing. It would just quicken it. Also considering Allstate's lowballing wages who wants to pay dues and money to some modern day soft as Charmin Hoffa wannabe goons? Also all we need is to set off the ire and egos of the head clowns in charge in Chicago where they could make things even worse than they have. As a current and not happy Allstate employee none of this appeals to me. I would rather take my chances without the added cancer of a union.
These union posts infuriate me... If you think adding an additional layer of corruption to an already corrupt organization is going to solve all your problems you are at best naive, at worst a complete id–t.
ThE uNiOn WiLl PrOtEcT oUr RiGhTs... This is why claims is being move to India, all you do is complain.
The world isn’t fair, don’t let your cushy job at a Fortune 500 company... Get a new one. We could have the next Great Depression and every insurance company would still be hiring.
Take a moment and try to reflect on the positive things in your life.
No guts no glory.
I hate Allstate but I acknowledge that you will never see a union at Allstate. They closed offices where there was even a whisper of union in the past.
They will burn the company down before they allow the roots of a union to form...
Your choice is to leave..
Agree. More jobs overseas so they can take advantage of people in lands where they can. Nice job Allstate. Taking care of American workers. Your greed su&$s A Union would give a voice to the people. Who in this company speaks out to transform the workers jobs for the better? Not one manager. It’s not about making American jobs better at Allstate at all. That’s why this subject keeps coming up.
Do that and you will see a lot more jobs going to India and Ireland
NAPPA has tried legal maneuvers in the past. They are good trade organization. Ted Paris is an outstanding individual and a great leader. However, they have been very ineffective getting any form of an agenda off the ground on behalf of the agents. What makes this any different from previous attempts that NAPPA has tried. Moreover, are they funded enough to get into a p/$$ing match with Allstate’s deep pockets?
NAPAA has a lawsuit ready to go. Stay tuned heads will roll soon
