Have you been told they are retroactively changing all 202 partial occurrences to full occurrences? I went from 4 to 9 overnight. Ya, I may have used their system to my advantage but this is crazy. Another stick to hold over our heads. I expect a UN is coming.

Make certain you all have copies of your performance docs and if you have any emails re: PTO last year. I know of states where you can challenge denial of unemployment due to termination. My guess is Blue Hands is counting on many people not contesting. Documentation you have showing you have had good performance and that the occurrence policy was changed after the fact, can make a difference.
It is worth it to have some $ and time to job searching.

I posted this and it’s real. A UN is notice that you are about to be fired. I will not be to 4 occurrences until November. I’m screwed and so is everyone else. This is absolutely warfare. They are preparing the next round of layoffs and this is the first step. 4 years in and 2 BTE and 2 Ex.

This is by design folks......
The current goal is to terminate as many as possible “for cause” before the layoff announcements in about 60 days.....
It is about clearing the deck without needing to pay severance....
Expect more little tricks and games including changing other metrics....

After seeing this I immediately requested my time sheet and just like you said my partials are now full occurrences . My manager did not even bother telling me I had to find out from this website and from here .

Just checked mine. All partial occurrences are now full. Rest of team checked and over half the team is now looks to be UN or term eligible by their guidelines. Not sure what is going to happen but looks like some shenanigans being played here by corporate.

My partials were changed to full too. Looks to me a way to force term with no unemployment or laying off with severance. This company couldn't get any more slimy.

Yep. They took all my partials from last year that were over 4 hours and made them full occurrences. I get my warning letter soon. This should not be legal!!

Yes. They changed for us too. Our manager knew about this when we asked and she is getting an official explanation for us.
