Ms. Santone made her big debut this past friday and wow what a doozy

Stankey was amazing as always as he chewed his gum from his throne telling the subjects that we have to take one for the team again so that in 10 years Randall and I can still get our pensions

Angela sent an email dec 11 saying if you are a high performing employee you will get a nice big raise - what she forgot to say was her and all the mba's figured out a way to screw everyone via their new fangled banding ranges - by reducing the band size it almost guarantees everyone will move up higher and therefore sorry kiddies but no raise for you - after all you all are paid to much anyhow

The failed pharma CEO look was a really bad one especially while nodding uncontrollably while stankey rattled off cut after cut that would not impact the executive ranks one penny

What Santone and Stankey should have said was all level 4's above will forgo all bonuses until the stock price is 50 dollars a share - this does multiple things - 1. gets rid of the dead wood that keeps getting recirculated and reorged 2. makes some headroom for people that deserve to get promoted but the pipe line is choked by these failures

So in closing since Santone violated our code of conduct with this Dec 11 email it is time for her to move on

COBC is a set of rules that applies to little people.

When you're a big guy, they don't matter. That's because HR does the company's bidding, which is to say your bidding.

Best you understand this sooner than later.

She didn’t just violate the code of conduct with her emails, she s—- all over it and flushed it down the toilet. And, she doesn’t care. HR is supposed to enforce it and when the VP of HR are joining hands and singing from the same hymn book - well, there you have it. Estate received: employees have no say in the ongoing attacks against them. Well, not within the company anyway. There are other ways to try to get them to answer for what they’re doing.

Santone isn't going anywhere if she has anything to do with it, she's got it pretty good. She and her family recently moved to Dallas with Att. She was originally with Turner Media/CNN. Her kids are in one of the most expensive private schools in Dallas and lives in a 3 million$ house. Would that be classified as 'privilege'?
