Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Question for WarnerMedia people

I'm not sure how many of you read this forum but I gotta ask this - has anything change for the better since you joined the big and beautiful AT&T family? (And yes, I'm being sarcastic with that last part.) Is there anybody who can say their job has improved or is literally everybody running for the hills?

NO, Absolutely horrific experience thus far! Thousands have lost their jobs for no reason other than to cut numbers to please investors and lower debt load. They are hiring TONS of interns after laying off of the most talented, tenured, sharp employees in the biz. the new CEO happens to have ZERO media experience, he 'liked' Disney World as a young boy, so I guess that makes him qualified to run the largest, most successful media company in the world?! Somehow, he convinced the BOD at Att 'He has a plan' to elevate HBOMax since he worked with Amazon and Hulu (tech companies as you know, NOT media) ATT BOD was so desperate to hear good news regarding a failing idea, they hired him and all his Hulu buddies. It's a complete train wreck in LA. Every relationship with Warner Media from employees, to directors, to talent, all despise WM/Att. 100 Years of relationships and reputation flushed down the toilet in a few months. Heartbreaking actually!
