There's half an inch of ice on the roads, Police departments are saying stay off the roads, emergency crews only and Sam's Clubs and Walmarts are still open. Forget about getting to work, what about the people already there. The roads are only going to get worse. I guess it's cool if people possibly lose there lives as long as the store remains open when it's doing absolutely bare minimum in sales. Even if people don't die theirs the possibility they wreck and have no transportation for work in the future. Do you think they won't count points if you lose your wheels.

Grown adults decide for themselves whether to go to work or not.
Sam's has a pharmacy. It can't close. If you have a pharmacy, you stay open.
But if you insist, everyone should stay home. Electric company, gas companies, water, phones, nurses, doctors, fire departments, police, jails, bail bond places, domestic violence shelters, homeless shelters, job and family services, tow truck companies, etc.
The only reason they closed schools is because children are not able to decide for themselves what chance they should or shouldn't take. Children rely on others for protection.
If those people don’t have the common sense to leave, that’s on them. I’m sure no one is forcing them to stay. Ridiculous post. You people always want to complain about the dumbest things.
U don’t get points for calling off for snow or ice so why complain? I like the challenge of driving in it plus it’s a easy work day so I will be at work as long as it’s not my day off.
Call your local news tell the story they love to tell when they are doing something they consider wonderful for us we need to let the public know what they are really like in situations like this. All they care about is money none of our lives.
