Why does home office or market managers have leads go through MIT training then send these same useless leads back to those clubs as useless managers ! So sick of leads and managers acting like they know everything and have been on the job a few months . We have a lead going through MIT and was such a brown noser... sat in the office with managers all day .. is that a qualification now for good managers ... I have been working there for 14 years and we used to have good managers. Michigan clubs need help . I heard years ago managers used to be switched around .. wish they still did that .

The MO is to sabotage key clubs that are in less than ideal areas. Input weak leadership, tank sales and performance, then justify conversion into online distribution centers.
