Our manager has found her inner mean girl. She's been on a coaching spree. Like she's been saving it up all year, just waiting to pounce. Ten and counting. Anyone else's manager handing out the orange and reds?
Thankfully I wasn't among the unlucky losers.
Holidays are over time to catch up on holding associates accountable. But they have to have feed back on you first if not call workday and have them look into it. Coaching can be took away.
I've often suspected that there are coaching quotas, meaning if a club doesn't have a certain number of active coachings then HO assumes the managers aren't doing their jobs and they get in trouble.
O, I know our manager is never held accountable. She put an entire pallet of frozen into the cooler, left it there overnight. No one did a thing. And she never passes up a reason, no matter how trivial, to write an associate up.
This gal is on a power trip. Get ready for those D-Days folks because she will giving them out like candy on Halloween.

Year after year. Managers like to Hourlies accountable but Managers are not held accountable. Managers are supposed to leave by example!!! Many do not and that’s what causes bad morale. Associates can’t be late but because Management doesn’t clock in they can day after day ???? Year after year ??? Talking about unethical behavior! Turn them in to home office not their immediate Club Manager because chances are they are doing it too! Katherine McLay

Why should they be able to continue this unethical behavior?
She didn't get a good bonus for saving all those payroll dollars and hitting the credit goal and membership upgrades.
