The real question isn't about "Why renegotiate the contract now?".....The question should be, "Is AT&T going to drop out of the lease?" since it's suppose to last another 3 years.
Knowing AT&T they will move the antenna before the lease is up and pay millions to get out of it.
I don't think anyone knows, man... Except the people handling that issue. Got any other news on the 1 million other cell towers?
