Has anyone had issues getting things resolved since they got rid of Ptc Hr

Went to market HR person. Was told
To go to open door hotline
So many BAD decisions with this company!
Accounting ran by whoever that’s available? Really?!
Most controls are not important anymore.
No Audit Team? No personnel?
Managers have no idea what’s going on and most aren’t personable or approachable anyways so associates don’t want to ask them!
Worst decision the Company has ever made. We need someone to take care of the associates, that is why turnover is so high!
It’s a train wreck. Workday is a joke and so hard to navigate through. Managers are suppose to be taking care of PTC duties but no associate is comfortable going to Managers with question or concerns because they don’t trust Managers. If they ask a manger for something they are clueless or forget or never follow up with the associate. There is no advocate for the associate anymore, it is just awful. Payroll is always out of whack and schedules are a nightmare even though block scheduling is in place the managers go in and manipulate the schedules to accommodate their area and next thing you know the club is blowing budget every week because no one is keeping an eye on schedules and budgets. Then they get a nasty email from Market manager telling them they are over budget and to cut. Friggin ridiculous. Yeah, good job, let’s get rid of the PTC. Huge mistake.
Hate Workday with a passion usually held in reserve for exes.
Workday is horrible. Absolutely horrible.
Market HR is no more as of 2019. Workday conversion removed all those positions.
Try your market hr person.
Its sad that no one is taking care of the associates needs. Worst decision our company has made other than getting rid of the 3rd shift.
