Morale is so low that we have been beaten into submission just working long hours and twice the workload. So many of the best people were laid off. We’re Not sure anymore about the American dream at Allstate . Tom Wilson spoke to the media a couple years ago about cherishing the American worker and paying us a great wage as a valued part of society . Fast forward to today and Allstate has been gutted and those who are left are expected to meet the workload numbers of 2 adjusters . Customers and shops are tired of us making excuses about their cars not being seen timely .

I agree, they gutted claims, there's no one left with skill or ethics.

I was RIF’d with 100 percent file quality and a pending under 10. Over 30 years with the company.I Can’t rave enough about the great caring folks that did this to us. Such wonderful wonderful human beings.
This entire company has hit rock bottom. Tom Wilson and Glenn Shapiro have single handedly ruined am almost 100 year old Fortune 100 insurance company in just a short amount of time.
As a current employee I can not with good conscious stand by and be an "ambassador" for a company that abuses it's employees, cheats their customers with bogus and inflated illegal risk factors, and who undercut claims payouts unfairly on a regular basis. Until I get my lay off notice which we all know is coming Allstate will be paying me and I will be doing it on their clock making it a point and effort to convince and persuade customers to leave this absolute unstable train wreck and place their insurance business with another company. That is my "stand". As fellow consumers we need to steer current customers and potential customers as far away from Allstate as we can.
