Give Ryan et. al. some credit. The company is not doing bad relative to its peers.
Yes, we have had some ups and downs but so has the entire industry.
Exxon lost $20 Billion in Q4 2020, and I don't hear y'all b–ching about that.
Exxon is not contributing to 401Ks either.
We are positioned to do well but we need to execute and that is on all of us employees.

Our employees are upset because of the unmatched pay, work/life balance, benefits, vacation and are terrified by the thought of losing something so good, because if it was so bad they would have left already.
