When will the new TSRs be released for merit increases?

My boss plans on doing review, merit and explain tsr before march1. He's got a lot to do because of reductions elsewhere his direct reports went from 12 to 24. On the TSR, it is easy to guess and since I was in the top 20% will be out of range and screwed for any future raises which is Stankey boy's intent. He just hates anyone making a living and wants you to struggle so he gets more

Ranges are already in Amplify. If you look at 2020 ranges the middle three are what is now 2021 ranges. They dropped the bottom and top tiers but the remaining 3 match the middle 3 from last year.
Helloooo...He is asking about new TSR ranges, in other words new salary ranges they are putting together. He did not ask when we will get bonuses which is in March. Mail was sent stating that are coming up with new "market based" salary ranges (TSR's) and are being worked at this time....I do not think they will be in employees best interest (just a hunch) but time will tell. Therefore, if a senior employee and close to 80% and your salary range gets lowered then forget about it no more increases....well that already goes for long timers nearing salary cap.
Com'on guys, the whole TSR range is a joke. The merit increase this year will be none to slim, enough to cover the price hike in medical and other benefit costs if you are lucky.
The is is how the company stays competitive in the market place, pay is at best average and mostly below average for everyone except executives. The competitiveness isn't about paying people a fair wage and attract/retain talent, it is about keep cost down for the executive payout.

Seems like they'd have to be released before merit increases are announced, and that's usually the last week of February.
