Husky was bought for next to nothing because it’s assets s—ed and your backers were getting sick of not making any money.
What has Legacy Husky to do with Long Lake's Nexen/CNOOC blast? Did VP Morgan worked at Nexen or you are just confused? Husky at least had way more operations that just 2 sagd sites... CVE has no real downstream/midstream experience. The fact that CVE had suffered a continuous chain of layoffs (like 6 rounds?) in the last years shows that Husky was a far better place to work than CVE. Based on this site, most of the posts are from bitter CVE workers burned out due to the toxic environment they had to endure for years. Husky was not like that (most of the time).
