Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

$19,800,000

Just a reminder that Darius' 2019 compensation was $19,800,000, including base, stock and options.

This comes out to
$761,538 per pay period
$380,769 per week
$76,153 per day
$9,519 per hour

You're on the last car of the Snowpiercer, and HON is always shopping for the next human sacrifice to keep the ponzi going, so get back to work, plebs!

And the board thinks he’s under paid and worth so much more!!!

Forget about the rest of us... we are literal drains on the bottom line.

$19.M that's all?

He should immediately begin a campaign to retain him for at least through 2025 to continue the excellent leadership and market value he has brought. I suggest a rolling scale in immediate cash and stock options to $75M by 2024 with a projected payout out of $100M by 2025.

Wait a minute.....I was drinking too much "kool aid" and just realized HON revenue has been flat for a decade.

Just like that, I suggest rescinding that offer like a MIP bonus to a parachute offer of $10M to simply go away. $1M in cash with a payout of $9M after HON reaching $50B in 2025 under new leadership!

Effective working age for corporate rif purposes is:
Corporate Age = (Biologic age)*(number of supervisors above you)
Darius is therefore the youngest person in honeywell by policy.

How is he still employed? He is 55 and should have been RIF'ed in the 2020 age related US Involuntary RIF'S that wereweighted heavily for those 50+. 55 average RIF's per age over 50 to 64, only 35 for under 50. Someone in Washington DC working for the ADEA of 1967 for those over 40 might be interested in this.

He put $2 in his pocket every $1 the corporation promised to provide as "aid" to impacted workers.

@qun+19gpbcxS – You are right. I could never be CEO and make almost $20M in compensation.
Why? Despite a God-forsaken childhood I chose not to be a sociopath.

@qun is entirely correct. Society doesn't complain if Brady or Mahomes or James makes $25 million, because they "deserve" it. Or it's because they overcame obstacles to make it to the top. In fact, we'll spend $50 for a ticket to watch them play a game for 3 hours. So why should we complain when DA makes $20 million? At least Honeywell is paying us and we're not paying them for the privilege of going to work each day.

@qun - I refuse to make the choices he made because many of them I consider immoral.

Most of the money he made can be traced back to crippling government regulations like forced masks, building code regulations, HFC mandates etc. HON would be a very different company without liberal politicians interfering in the market for the 'greater good'.

Jobs are out there

Personally I dont want to be or qualify to be a ceo, p, or vp. Not with that level of stress and head spinning

As was stated earlier, it is our choice to make. Stay or leave. I am staying just a little longer for now but will probably leave in near future. I am sure we all have our own specific reason why we are still here

@qun+19gpbcxS Very true on your points. But when power and greed gets into their heads they dont care as much for others that are trying their darn hardest to make $$$$ like them. They dont like seeing that so they want more and take it away from hard workers so cant make what they make. Im not saying all millionaires or richer are like that.

You had every opportunity in life to make the same kind of choices. The choices you did make led you directly to where yo are right now. It's not the millionaires' faults, it's not the politicians' faults. There are several people that were born in exactly the same situation that you were, that have gone on to have extreme success. The difference was the choices you and they made.

Don’t forget he got tons of free perks which he doesn’t need to spend a dime from his compensation. Gotta love this country
