what a joke. just keep borrowing. I wouldn't do any business with boa if I never had to pay the money. they are as crooked as a dog's hind leg. att and boa make fitting partners. both can rob americans blind together.

Please stop trying to justify borrowing additional funds even a 0% APR. Give or take a billion, I believe this increases AT&T debt to 168 Billion. This debt will act as a strangelhold for AT&T until the debt is retired. In the meantime there will continue to be plenty of collateral damage.

Interest rates are at near zero, ATT and many other are paying very lil for debt. ATT has re done most of it’s debt so it very close to pennies on the dollar. Fears of thier debt are greatly over blown

Love your sincerity, @jsn+19fbuP9l.

These fools ain’t concern about debt, they feed you these lies about selling asserts and layoff people as are vital to the survival of the business, so that Wall Street can appreciate the winning streategy. It’s all blowing smoke, it is all perception about debt, company is still a cash cow, borrowing a few more billion, no sweat.

Are the executives cutting their own compensation to pay down the debt, hell no. That should tell you something, right?

It does not make any sense at all.

We're selling off buildings and laying off employees like it's a competition BECAUSE of the amount of debt we're in and someone thought it is a good idea to add more to it ?

WTF is wrong with this company.

Money is cheap and borrowing is not a bad move, so why pay cash when you can use the banks money at very low interest rates...makes perfect sense!

Great investment in our future. I only wish we could have paid cash for this much needed spectrum.
