We've always had a high turnover but this is reaching extreme levels - and there's a pandemic going on and a lack of available jobs! It's a rather damning statement against the company when you realize people would rather deal with a broken economy than stay at AT&T one more day.

Utter nonsense...this post. The corporation announced 6-7 years ago that it would downsize by 30%+ and they’ve followed through with that objective.
BTW, the average tenure at most corporations today is 3-5 years. There are no longer jobs for life. Try to refrain from posting your obvious bitterness with the world in general.

Ditto. I even removed the reference to AT&T as my work company from my Facebook profile.
" Are they hiring. If so who ans where! "
Yes, they are. Term employees only. 2-3 years max.
( Six month wait before you can be hired again )
Remember the Company stated some time back they envisioned a future where employees only stay for a few years and move on as is the norm in todays job markets. I guess they're of the opinion this job can be done with untrained fresh blood every couple of years :D

They had customers that wouldn’t leave either before randy took over
att reaps what they sow.
Before Randall the Vandal there was NO turnover at AT&T or the Baby Bells. None. Once a person got their foot in the door, they were an employee for life and proud of it.
Those days are history now. I'm embarrassed to even tell people where I work.
Left this toxic place and my Doc took me off all sort of no longer meds.
Honestly............Thanks Randy & John.
Healthy & working for a company that appreciates my knowledge, dedication & loyalty and
pays me more with real benefits.
Thank you Jesus..
It's better getting a severance package and taking the odds on the outside than remaining in a toxic environment
