I'm a teamlead and I love my block of course they'll change it😂
Year Beginning Meeting starts Monday, some changes will be made, but only positives tend to come out of that meeting.
Whoever came up with six days in a row was totally out of touch with real life. A total brain dead zombie. It's the worst work schedule in the history of Sam's Club work schedules.
I just hate the closing then opening and working 6 days in a row .

I thought team schedule was only a walmart thing. saw the email, only showed Walmart employees
The wire was vague, but seemed to be slanted towards your managers deciding your shift again.
Just do a search for "team scheduling" on the Wire for what little info there is on it thus far. Says it takes effect march 20th (floor) and may 1st (front end).
the only people not liking block schedule are the ones not getting a block they like...
Lol!! Joke of a company. They keep going back and forth. Change something this year and then go back to it 3 years later. Wouldn’t be suprised if they bring back night crew and then 4 years later take it away again. Lol it’s a circus out here.

Hopefully we'll get some info about the new scheduling system ("Team Scheduling"). From what is on the Wire, it seems like a modification to block scheduling which allows the GM to decide what the shifts are for the blocks, and possibly create new blocks to fill gaps or for niche roles (possibly even bring back a night crew, if desired).
