Majority of the team leads and associates come to Sam's and give 100% but these so call managers don't appreciate nothing they just bark orders and take every drop of sweat they can get out of you.

They need to get rid of most team leads. They have NO business doing manager and PTC jobs....NONE! They are usually the ones changing everyone's schedules to suit them and their friends.
I'm sure she's happily married with children... totally not a cat lady.
The other thing she said was she's the only strong manager they've had in years. Everyone else was weak. That's at least seven managers by my count. She has a very high opinion of herself.
We have one manager, who should never be in charge of people. She treats people like machines. Very irrational in what she expects a person to be able to do. She's publically stated she's proud of that fact that none of her team leads or associates like her.
Appreciation is something American culture tends to not understand.
Sometimes appreciation means catering lunch to Associates. Sometimes appreciation means granting requests for vacation. Sometimes appreciation means putting people in positions to grow their careers. And sometimes it simply means saying "thank you".
But as long as the culture of this company rewards managerial incompetence and managers prioritizing bonuses and s-xual interests over what is best for the business, what you see is what you will continue to get.
