It all makes so much sense now -
1) Drive your company up to its eyeballs in debt making acquisitions.
2) Sell the acquisitions for pennies on the dollar to pay off the enormous debt load.
Pure genius. I have to admit, I would have never thought to do this if I ran a large company. I guess that's why Randall and Stinkey make the really big bucks!
