Look at the attendance policy in wore, they have certain abscesses that are approved and you no need protected PtO. Some of them is when they declare a natural disaster
Depends on the emergency and timeline; so bad snow hits, first day, no points, covered by inclement weather. Second day, snow still bad but roads all clear, yeah thats a point.
I may be wrong, but I think we have to be at a level 3 in Ohio before no points are added if you call off.
No you don't. If it is an actual state of emergency they can not hold you accountable. That's out of your control.
To my knowledge yes, that's why you want to save some of your PTO for a rainy day.
