HR Direct has a link to old 401K, ie Voya site. Also you can call Voya.

Fidelity acquired all records from the previous provider(s). If they don’t have your info, you are SOL.
ING prior to Voya

I was in Aero and it was Voya prior to Fidelity and I believe State Street prior to Voya.
Voya and T-Rowe prior to that
