What is going on with this block scheduling its 4pm on a Saturday and bakery is already shut down and nobody called out today smhhhhhhhh.

This is the same for the meat department. 6-2:30 expected to be done at 1:00 to clean everything. So now openers have to complete fst, put truck away, stock , cut and wrap, and be done to make sure the closets don’t have to clean!!

The people that came up with this are on the $1.00 a day college plan! Great idea to schedule a baker 6:00-2:30 to week of Easter! Busy holiday week and increased orders. Can't make this stuff up.

We were told there should b an opening baker and closing baker. Baking happens during both of those shifts. Only cake decorators production is finished by 2:30 since cake decorators no longer close. Someone should b scheduled in bakery until 9 pm.
Production is to be completed by 2:30 and the closers clean.
