MIP and Raises

What did the MIP payouts and raises look like this year? Were people rewarded for extra work that the did this year like the leadership was promising? Did a lot people get retention bonuses or raises?

Exactly 2.5%, gave back what they stole last year, but they stole MIP by giving 75% of last year

MIP was down to 60% of target. Raise was .5% lower than what they stole back last year.

As someone who was laid off in the summer, I may as well hope for Honeywell to see the unfairness of their action and grant me the matching 401k funds I would have gotten in January had there not been an involuntary separation.

Honeywell will do as they always have - tout great results to investors but plead poverty, weak/no raises and probably more furloughs to employees.

It is wonderful to be working elsewhere, btw.
