When is every dept not short staffed. We are never staffed. We are most often so understaffed we can barely operate in pretty much every single dept. The turn over rate is beyond anything I could ever even imagine at a business. We are never hiring. Ever. From club management to the top, I’ve never seen a company like this before. Never been treated like this before. I am an expert muti-tasker. I actually thrive on it. I have never hit my limits. Here, I am constantly at or exceeding my limits. Then after the world has burned down around me .. I hear .. oh .. you should have told me you needed help.... Ummm do you not listen to the radio??? Did you not hear the endless bombs going off being called out by myself and everyone while you sat in the office, kicked back and chatting ?? Clearly not. I forgot, it’s my fault, I forgot to be 10 people today. Are you going to fire me this time or is that tomorrow???
