Right in the center of the country. We are losing pharmacists in our town faster than we can replace them. Huge turnover. Nobody seems happy. Must be a management problem. Whenever the MM shows up everybody back there is in a c-appy mood for days. Is this happening everywhere?

I don’t know but I know all the pharmacy staff is planning to leave dealing with the covid vaccine plus the other work load is a disaster and it’s not just pharmacy they expect more and more and no one is appreciated
I've met the MM for the pharmacy in the middle of the country. You can't spell what she is without using 4 of the first 5 letters in the word "country".
Don't know about other techs, but ours are expected to sell plus.
Like the whole club. Seriously over worked especially with the vaccine drop. Our whole club has dropped like flies over this last year. We are forever short handed everywhere. I don't think we have lost anyone in pharmacy... Yet.. but it wouldn't surprise me cause I know they are wrecked over there. But every where else.. new and old employees have had enough. And $300 every couple of months 3 times in a year is squat. Raising the minimum wage for some associates isn't enough. It's what they should have done anyway. And expectations seriously increased so it's not like it was.. here is the money we should be giving you anyway.. or here is decent hazard pay for being subjected to the filth of humanity. People coughing or sneezing like pigs without masks. No regard for anyones welfare or their families. People in all dept have just had enough. We lost 2 AMs in 1 month. They said forget it and quit, found work elsewhere that was better for them. No one seems to see any problems tho. We currently still need 1 Am and 4 team leads across the club and 20 associates just on the front end. Not counting all the other areas. We only have 2 total cafe associates. It's insane. I don't know how bad other clubs are but ours is horrid. And it's always like this. Always massive turnover etc. Bad treatment aside from the c-ap from corp.

The techs are being over worked and most of the ones In my store Put In their notice to work at hospitals. Sams is making everyone know every department want to leave . When will they wake up . I spoke to the pharmacy department it’s too much for any one
Company wants them to upsell brand name d–gs instead of generic. Plus they don't send techs out for proper training and leave it up to the pharmacists so they can blame them instead of the company
