I'm a team lead and when I leave at the end of the day and give my associates clear direction and even leave it on the planit app managers needs to follow up and see if associates are doing their job plain and simple.

i'm not a manager but this is easy for you to say. most times, the closing manager is their by themselves—at least in our club. they have a lot of stuff on their plate that is probably more important than following up on your associates to do list. however big you think your problem is, management probably has one to tend to somewhere else that is bigger.

The managers are worthless they are the biggest waste of payroll in the company. It is amazing they pay these people to basically do nothing.
lol, Managers don't follow up with associates at my store, they follow up with the leads to make sure they followed up with the associates.
