Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Shareholder Proxy

It’s your chance as a stockholder via your 401k to make your voice heard. You can vote for the ATT board, including Stanky. You approve or not on executive compensation. Please vote.

The OP has a noble cause, but it's doomed to failure. Stink has more shares than pretty much all employees combined, and if not, adding his buddies or those corporate jackholes who hold T for the dividend certainly does tilt the balance.

By all means vote your mind, but just remember that it's little more than a feeble, whimpering protest that nobody will actually notice.

I agree that it is probably useless, but I did vote yesterday against every BOD member. If everyone here does that it probably won't change the results but maybe it will at least make someone start to ask why.

Us voting with our 401k share is like firing a water pistol at the sun hoping to cool down the temps outside in the dead of summer in southern Texas. Won't make any difference whatsoever.

I'm gonna contact the DNC for their assistance with ballot stuffing no compensation for those cretins.

Good luck.

I have voted every year against the BoD and nadda!

Ratty is T largest individual shareholder closely followed by Stinky. Vanguard and Blackrock are the biggest institutional investors.

It makes ya feel better but is meaningless. Much like voting in the lsst election!
