I’m just an ordinary worker who doesn’t understand much about business processes, but it’s still very clear that competence is no longer very important in ATT.
Competence used to be the most important thing, and the situation in the company as it is now is proof that it is no longer so. Do you agree? I would like to be led by a little more competent people.

Agreed , they promote anyone dumb enough to apply . Doesn’t go by experience or tenure
Definitely lots of workers that are clueless. That's for sure.
