The officer compensation table shows that despite the underperformance of AT&T in the marketplace and financial markets, there was no compensation hardship to those at the top. Randall took out $90 million over three years of disastrous leadership and a mountain of debt!!

There is no diversity when it comes to the top earners in the company!!

Officer compensasion is not based on Stock price. Other financials, like free cash flow, and revenue. which they meet or exceed the goal every quarter. Making the dividend, and debt payments go a long ways. This is a cash machine. No complaints from the biggest investors.
